Scope

This regulation is formulated in order to unify the technical requirements for underwater deep cement mixing method to strengthen soft soil foundation projects and effectively control the project quality. This procedure is applicable to the design, construction and inspection of gravity structural block and wall-supported shallow foundations in water transportation projects that use underwater deep cement mixing methods to reinforce soft soil foundations.
