Scope

This standard specifies the organizations and personnel for vehicle technical management of road transport enterprises (hereinafter referred to as enterprises), vehicle purchase, vehicle use, vehicle maintenance, vehicle inspection and evaluation, vehicle disposal, vehicle technical files and vehicle technical management assessment. This standard applies to the technical management of road passenger transportation, general cargo transportation and dangerous goods transportation vehicles. The technical management of other vehicles can be used as a reference.
