本标准适用于船舶污染清除单位配备应急资源、提供船舶污染应急防备服务，以及对船舶污染清除单位应急清污能力的评估。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for emergency cleanup capabilities of ship pollution removal units, including emergency facilities, equipment and equipment, emergency ships, the number and ability requirements of emergency operating personnel, as well as requirements for comprehensive support, emergency plans, and emergency preparedness and response. This standard applies to ship pollution response units’ allocation of emergency resources, provision of ship pollution emergency preparedness services, and assessment of ship pollution response units’ emergency cleanup capabilities.
