Scope
This standard specifies the structure, specifications and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of self-floating rubber mud discharge pipes. This standard applies to the production, inspection and use of self-floating pipes for transporting seawater, fresh water and mixtures of silt, clay and sand. This standard does not apply to self-floating pipes transporting gravel, flake weathered rock and coral reefs.
