Analysis of key technical requirements

4.2.1 Dimension parameter control

The standard strictly stipulates that the length of the outer dimensions of the low-bed semi-trailer is ≤13.75m, and the height of the load-bearing surface from the ground is ≤1.15m. The width of the enhanced type can be up to 3.4m in the extended state, but the channel circle diameter must be ≤10m.

5.1.3 Variable axle design

The variable five-axle vehicle model must reserve two axle installation interfaces, and the pre-installed axle group must be consistent with the original axle specifications. The state conversion time is required to be ≤90 minutes (including lifting assistance).

  • Securing point test: Single point needs to withstand 125kN multi-directional tensile test (6.1.7)
  • Lateral stability: Full load 80km/h test lateral acceleration amplification factor ≤1.5 (4.3.3)
  • Extended function verification: Load-bearing surface expansion/recovery operation requires ≤30 minutes (5.2.5)
