Scope

This standard specifies the functional and technical requirements for the grounding system of small radio base stations in transportation, the lightning protection of buildings and the lightning overvoltage protection requirements for the power supply system of small radio base stations. This standard applies to the design, construction and daily use and maintenance of newly built small base station grounding systems. It can also be used as a reference for expanded or renovated base stations.
