Scope
This standard specifies the names and codes of bridges on national trunk highways (hereinafter referred to as national highways). This standard applies to the identification, information processing and exchange of national highway bridge information by highway management and maintenance departments and related industries; it also applies to the identification of highway information carriers; provincial, county, township and other highways can refer to the provisions of this standard.
