Scope

This standard specifies the format, content, data accuracy and transmission method of highway traffic data reports. This standard applies to bottom-up traffic data reports submitted by expressway operation and management units at all levels. Traffic data reports for ordinary highways with automatic detection systems can be used as a reference.
