Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements for the design, manufacture, use management, maintenance and scrapping of port freight ramp cable cars (hereinafter referred to as cable cars). This standard applies to cable cars for general cargo transportation in ports, and slope cable cars for containers can be used as a reference.
