Scope

This standard specifies the basic composition of VHF shore stations, transceiver station location, channel selection and configuration, shore station basic equipment technical requirements, power supply, antenna erection and feeder installation, lightning protection and grounding and communication quality requirements. This standard is applicable to the setting of VHF shore stations along my country's coasts and rivers. The setting of VHF base stations for land mobile services in road transport services can be implemented with reference to this standard.
