JT/T697的本部分规定了道路运输基本信息及道路运输管理业务信息等基础数据元编制原则和分类、基础数据元及数据元值域代码集。
本部分适用于各级交通主管部门与各级道路运输管理机构电子政务系统的设计、开发和应用，适用于各级交通主管部门与各级道路运输管理机构间横向与纵向的数据采集、交换与共享。道路运输企业应用系统开发以及行业间的数据交换与共享等其他应用可参照本部分执行。

Scope

This part of JT/T 697 stipulates the compilation principles and classification of basic data elements such as basic road transportation information and road transportation management business information, basic data elements, and data element value ranges and value range codes. This part applies to the design, development and application of e-government systems for transportation authorities at all levels and road transport management agencies at all levels, and for the horizontal and vertical data collection, exchange and shared. Other applications such as road transportation enterprise application system development and inter-industry data exchange and sharing can be implemented with reference to this section.
