Airtightness treatment plan

Appendix A of the standard specifies in detail the leakage treatment plan for different warehouse types:

  • Wall treatment: Use water-based sealing paint or polyurethane epoxy resin material, and fill the cracks with acrylic paint mixed with putty
  • Nitrogen production equipmentSupporting requirements: It should comply with JB/T 6427 standard, and the output purity should be ≥99.5%
  • Process hole sealing: The vents are sealed with PVC film, and the cable holes are sealed with polyurethane material

Typical application scenarios

Take rice storage in South China as an example:

  1. Start insect prevention mode (95% concentration) when the grain temperature reaches 20℃ in April and May
  2. Immediately switch to insecticide mode when insect pests are found (98% concentration maintained for 28 days)
  3. Combined with mechanical ventilation to disperse air in autumn and winter to prevent condensation
