Introduction

Standard Overview

SB/T 10245-95 is a rice milling machinery industry standard issued by the Ministry of Domestic Trade in 1995. It systematically stipulates the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the rotating rice-rough separation screen. This standard is applicable to special equipment for the rice-rough separation process in rice processing.

Mechanical performance requirements

Noise control:Depending on the type of reduction device, V-belt transmission ≤80dB(A), gear transmission ≤85dB(A). During the test, background noise correction shall be performed according to the method in Appendix A.

Temperature rise limit:Bearing temperature rise ≤30℃, gearbox oil temperature ≤70℃, semiconductor point thermometer shall be used for multi-point detection.

Dynamic balance:The mass error of the balance block shall be controlled within ±1% to ensure that the screen body operates without sweeping.


Quality control of key components

  • Sieve assembly: The joint tightness of plate components is ≤0.15mm, and the tension of the screen should comply with the GB 5331 wire mesh standard
  • Frame assembly: The flatness of each support point reaches GB1184 10-level accuracy, and the center distance error is ±0.15mm
  • Anti-corrosion treatment: The thickness of non-decorative paint film is ≥60μm, and the salt spray test of electroplated parts is ≥48 hours

Implementation suggestions

1. Process adaptation: It is recommended to use the equipment when the rice hulling rate is ≥75% and the moisture content is ≤14.5%, which can optimize the separation efficiency

2. Maintenance cycle: The tension of the screen should be checked every 200 hours of production, and the gearbox oil should be replaced every 500 hours

3. Upgrade direction: The current standard does not cover the technical parameters of variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended that the new version add energy efficiency level classification
