1. System architecture characteristics

The standard requires the use of a three-level architecture system with modular design:

  • Time base: UTC+8 Beijing time system is mandatory
  • Coordinate system: The WGS-84 coordinate system is uniformly adopted
  • Data synchronization: Clock synchronization error of ≤100ms is required
