1.0.1 This Standard was formulated for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of anti-corrosion of shaft equipment in coal mine (hereinafter referred to as shaft equipment), extending its service life, reducing the loss caused by corrosion and unifying the technical requirements in the processes of anti-corrosion design, construction, inspection and acceptance.
1.0.2 This Standard is applicable to the anti-corrosion design, construction, inspection and acceptance of shaft equipment newly constructed, extended and reconstructed as well as maintained. The anti-corrosion process of steel structure head-frame (tower), pipeline and other steel members in coal mine may be implemented according to this Standard.
1.0.3 Anti-corrosion measures or corrosion-resistant materials shall be adopted for shaft equipment.
1.0.4 The anti-corrosion for shaft equipment shall be implemented practically, designed rationally, constructed normatively, and inspected and accepted strictly.
1.0.5 The following documents are indispensable for the application of this Standard. For dated references, only the dated edition is applicable to this document. For undated references, the latest editions of the normative documents (including all the amendments) are applicable to this document.
