Scope

This standard is applicable to newly built and expanded offshore wind farm projects. It is the guiding basis for the preparation of feasibility study reports and design budget documents. It is the pricing basis for relevant national departments and units to supervis project investment management. It is the basis for the preparation and bidding of engineering projects. Pricing reference for quotation and contract management. This standard applies to wind farms developed and constructed in coastal waters below the high tide line of the multi-year average spring tide. Offshore wind farms include intertidal and subtidal wind farms, offshore wind farms and deep-sea wind farms.
