Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of liquid crystal quartz watches (hereinafter referred to as "watches"). This standard applies to LCD watches with a nominal operating voltage of DC1.5V or DC3.0V and basic functions such as hours, minutes, seconds, date, etc., including other LCD watches that are not worn on the hand. LCD quartz watch movements can also be used as a reference.
