Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of motor-type timers (hereinafter referred to as "timers") used in household electric washing machines. This standard applies to timers used on household electric washing machines (including dehydrators) that use micro synchronous motors as power sources and have a rated washing capacity of no more than 8kg.
