Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of oxygen bleaching agents. This standard applies to civilian liquid oxygen bleach products with bleaching effect formulated with hydrogen peroxide and stabilizers, or civilian composite solid oxygen bleach products with sodium percarbonate or sodium perborate as the main component.
