Scope
This standard specifies the energy efficiency levels, energy efficiency limit values, energy saving evaluation values, test methods and inspection rules for evaporative cooling fans (hereinafter referred to as "cooling fans"). This standard applies to cooling fans defined in GB/T 23333-2009.
