High-voltage cables for road vehicle

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging as well as application and maintenance of the high-voltage cables for road vehicle.

This standard is applicable to high-voltage cables for road vehicles with rated voltages of AC 1000V/DC 1500 V and AC 600V/DC 900V .

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 25085 and GB/T 25087 apply.

4 Requirements

4.1 Models

The cable models are compiled according to QC / T 414—20116 . Main cable models are specified in Annex B.

4.2 Operating temperature

The working temperature of the cables is selected according to the continuous working duration of 3 000 h , and the temperature grade is shown in Table 1, GB/T 25085.

4.3 Structural dimension

The cable specifications and corresponding structural dimensions are specified in Annex A.

4.4 Conductor

4.4.1 Conductor is formed by twisting together the bare or tinned soft round copper wires specified in Table 1.
