Introduction
Standard evolution and scope of application
QC/T 51-2019 replaces the 2006 version of the standard, and adds new definitions of terms such as pure sweeping road sweeper and suction sweeping road sweeper. Applicable to road sweepers modified from Class II vehicle chassis, focusing on standardizing the following technical dimensions:

Analysis of core performance indicators
Technical requirements for cleaning system
- Cleaning width: The actual measured value shall not be less than 95% of the designed value, and the measurement shall be completed in a 20m straight section
- Cleanliness rate test: The nine-point sampling method is adopted, and the calculation formula is μ=(W0-W1)/W0×100%
- Hydraulic system: Oil temperature ≤80℃ after continuous operation for 2h, and temperature rise ≤40℃
New detection items
Case: The dust test of a certain type of suction-sweeping road sweeper shows that the average concentration is 4.2mg/m³ at 3m from the tail, and the fan filtration system needs to be improved to reach the ≤5mg/m³ standard.
