Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of all fixed-dis lacement bidirectional swash plate automotive air-conditioning compressor assemblies. This standard only applies to bidirectional swash plate fixed dis lacement compressor assemblies with a compressor dis lacement less than or equal to 250cm/r and using HFC-134a refrigerant.
