Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage of hemming adhesives for automobiles. This standard is applicable to automobile hemming adhesives used in the hemming and overlapping parts of inner and outer panels such as doors, hoods, trunk (door) covers, etc. during the automobile welding process.
