Scope
This standard specifies the type, size, and technical conditions of type B leaf spring lock nuts. This standard is applicable to automotive B-type leaf spring lock nuts (nuts) used with bolts with thread specifications of M4 to M10 and mechanical performance grades of 8.8 and below.
