Introduction
Standard Evolution and Core Changes
| Version | New Content | Modified Content | Deleted Content |

| 2019 Edition | 8 Indicators including Thermal Shock/Saturation Temperature | 3 Methods including Insulation Resistance | Vibration Resistance |
Key Performance Indicator Analysis
4.2.7 Temperature rise rate requirements
Under 0℃ ambient conditions, after 5 minutes of heating at the highest level, the seat surface temperature should be ≥30℃. A real person of 175cm±5cm/75kg±5kg should be used for the test, and the temperature measurement points should be arranged away from the stitching area.
4.2.8 Saturation temperature control
Differences between the two control methods:
- Automatic temperature controller: Steady-state temperature control within the set value ±5℃
- Temperature control unit: Steady-state temperature control within the set value ±3℃
Details of the new test method
5.14 Human entry and exit simulation test
Adopting SAE J826 standard 50% dummy model, 44.5kg load:
- 25,000 cycles for front seats
- 10,000 cycles for rear seats
- Test frequency 4.5 times/minute
5.18 Adhesion test
Applicable only to adhesive-fixed products: After continuous pressure application of 42kg load (300mm×400mm area) for 24 hours, peel off at a speed of <50mm/min. The foam must be peeled off simultaneously with the heating pad.
Enterprise implementation suggestions
Material selection
The heating unit substrate must meet the following requirements:
- Bending resistance 50,000 times (0.5-1Hz frequency)
- Burning rate ≤100mm/min (passenger car ≤70mm/min)
- Meet the requirements of GB/T 30512 banned substances
Production process control
Key monitoring points:
- Resistance value deviation is controlled within ±10%
- Wire harness connection strength: forward ≥50N, reverse ≥25N
- Temperature sensor installed to avoid seat belt reminder device
