Measure methods for mass characteristic of spacecraft
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the mass, centroid, moment of inertia and inertia product of satellites and spacecraft.
This standard is applicable to the mass characteristic measurement of satellites, spacecraft and their cabin sections and components (hereinafter referred to as "specimen").
2 Normative references
The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments to, or revisions of, any of these publications (exclude errata) do not apply. However, parties of agreements based on this part of the directives are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document referred to applies.

3 General
3.1 Environmental requirements
In addition to the environmental requirements of the specimen, the test environment shall also meet the following requirements:
a) The daily temperature fluctuation during the test shall not be greater than 2°C;
b) There shall be no vibration, noise, airflow and electromagnetic interference that affect the test accuracy.
3.2 Test technical documents
Relevant technical documents shall be prepared before the test and meet the following requirements:
a) The technical status, structural dimensions, test items, uncertainty and test coordinate system of the specimens specified in the design documents;
b) The process documents shall be based on the test scheme, test equipment, test procedure and measurement accuracy specified in the design documents;
c) The design documents and process documents shall pass the technical review of relevant departments.
