Scope
This standard specifies the hazard levels, safety distances and determination methods for composite solid propellants (hereinafter referred to as propellants) and their production processes and workshops (including workshops and warehouses), as well as requirements for protective embankments. This standard is applicable to the determination of product hazard levels, plant hazard levels and safety distances when building propellant and product plants are newly built, renovated or expanded.
