Scope

This standard specifies the processing flow, satellite data requirements and processing methods of the cross-calibration technology for the infrared band of geostationary meteorological satellites (hereinafter referred to as cross-calibration), including pixel matching, data conversion and filtering, and cross-comparison methods. This standard is applicable to the radiometric calibration of the infrared band of geostationary satellite channel optical remote sensors and the evaluation of the original calibration deviation, mainly applicable to the thermal infrared band with a wavelength greater than 4μm, and other bands can be used for reference.
