Key technical points
Germplasm control: It is clearly stipulated that the offspring of inbreeding are prohibited from being used as broodstock, and they must meet the SC/T 2069 germplasm standard. During the breeding period, the egg diameter (55-65μm) and sperm motility of broodstock must be observed under a microscope.
Grading management: Seedlings are divided into three grades according to shell length, among which large-sized seedlings require a specification qualification rate of ≥85% and a disability rate of ≤3%.

1. Use breathable textile bags for packaging
2. Control the temperature at 20-25℃
