Key technical requirements
Mesh strength calculation: In the longitudinal breaking strength formula Fw=K×n×ρr, the coefficient K is divided into sections according to the nominal number of strands (40.0 for 3-6 strands, 42.5 for 7-12 strands, etc.). The longitudinal breaking strength of a 27.8tex, 30-strand mesh should be ≥46.0×30×27.8=38,364N.
Appearance defect control: The mesh rate is less than 0.05%, the broken mesh rate is less than 0.01%×n (n is the nominal number of strands), the repair rate shall not exceed 10%, and the color difference shall reach the 3-4 level standard.
Key points for the implementation of the standard
Polyester warp knitted meshThe marking should include: fiber linear density (tex) × nominal number of strands - mesh length (mm) (transverse mesh number T × longitudinal mesh number N) - standard number. Example: PET-27.8tex×30-60mm(100T×700N)SC/T 4043.
Inspection precautions:The mesh length measurement must be carried out under the pre-tension specified in GB/T 6965, and the number of effective measurements must be ≥10 times; the mesh must be re-inspected and qualified before it can be used if it has been stored for more than 1 year.
