Standard Background and Technology Evolution
This standard is a mandatory standard for the aquatic industry issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2020. It aims to address the problems of water pollution and energy consumption in traditional freshwater aquaculture, and for the first time systematically constructs a clean production technology system covering the entire aquaculture process. Compared with old standards such as SC/T 1016-2008, new quantitative indicators such as ecological purification area ratio ≥ 10% and unit water consumption ≤ 4m³/kg have been added.

Key technical requirements
1. Site planning
It is mandatory to adopt a three-zone separation layout: breeding and production area (≥60%), ecological purification area (≥10%), and office and living area. The site selection must meet the following requirements:
- Water quality must meet GB 11607 standards
- Soil must pass NY/T 5361 testing
- Power supply ≥1kW/7667m²
