本规程规定了钢丝网水泥海洋渔船船体材料、建造质量的检验方法和要求。
本规程适用于船长不大于40m的钢丝网水泥海洋渔船(包括淡水水泥渔船或水泥渔业辅助船)的检验。对动力装置、炳装设备、电气设备、稳性、干舷以及系泊、航行试验等尚应符合有关规范、规程和设计的要求。
Scope
This regulation stipulates the inspection methods and requirements for the hull materials and construction quality of steel wire cement ocean fishing vessels. This procedure applies to the inspection of steel wire cement ocean fishing vessels (including freshwater cement fishing vessels or cement fishery auxiliary vessels) with a length of not more than 40m. The power plant, habitat equipment, electrical equipment, stability, freeboard, mooring, navigation test, etc. should still comply with relevant specifications, procedures and design requirements.
