Sample processing specifications
Water samples must be filtered through a 0.45 μm filter membrane, and potassium borohydride solution must be added to reduce the latent malachite green; sediment samples must be extracted with a dichloromethane-acetonitrile mixture using an ultrasonic cleaner.
