As the first data center construction specification in the notarization field of the judicial administration industry, this standard incorporates blockchain technology into the resource pool construction requirements for the first time, and explicitly requires that the security protection level must reach the third level of GB/T 22239-2008. The implementation of the standard is of milestone significance in promoting the digital transformation of the notarization industry.
