This Standard specifies technical requirements, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and sampling of the hemp core grease for steel wire ropes.
This Standard is applicable to the hemp core grease for steel wire ropes made of solid hydrocarbons of thickening mineral oil with high viscosity and with additives added.
Products which meet those specified in this Standard are possessed of better anti-rusting, water resistance, chemical stability and lubricating property and they are mainly used for the dipping and lubrication for the hemp cores of steel wire ropes.
