Technical specifications for key equipment

The standard requires the use of double-valve sampling cylinders, whose technical characteristics include:

  • Volume ≤ 12L, with internal adjustment tube
  • Bursting disc device is mandatory
  • Corrosive samples require stainless steel valves and passivation treatment

  1. Confirm that valve B is in the bypass position
  2. Open root valve A to replace the pipeline (≥5min)
  3. Switch valve B to the sampling position
  4. Control the opening of valve E to adjust the sample volume
  5. Switch back to bypass immediately after sampling
