Analysis of core detection technology

1. Electrolytic moisture meter

Using the principle of phosphorus pentoxide electrolysis, the measurement range is 0.1-1000 mL/m³. Suitable for C2 olefins such as ethylene, but C3+ olefins are prone to polymerization interference.

2. Near-infrared spectroscopy technology

Laser absorption type: Based on Lambert-Beer's law, the detection limit is 0.03 mL/m³, the response speed is <10 seconds, and it is suitable for corrosive gas environments.

Wavelength migration type: Through the selective penetration of 0.28nm water molecules, gas/liquid samples can be measured simultaneously, and the maintenance cycle is extended by more than 50%.


Implement key control points

  1. Anti-adsorption design: The sampling pipeline must be heated to above 50℃ and the length must not exceed 3 meters
  2. Dynamic calibration: A saturation method/permeation method generator must be used, and static gas distribution is prohibited
  3. Safety protection: All electrical equipment must comply with Ex dⅡBT4 explosion-proof grade
