本规范适用于新建、改建及扩建工程的石油化工厂区管线综合设计。不适用于各生产单元内的管线综合设计。本规范不适用于湿陷性黄土地区。

Scope

This specification is applicable to the comprehensive design of pipelines in petrochemical plant areas for new construction, expansion or reconstruction projects. It is not suitable for the comprehensive design of pipelines in each production unit. This specification does not apply to collapsible loess areas. When implementing this specification, it should also comply with the current national regulations on mandatory standards and specifications.
