3 Classification of electrical load in enterprises and its requirements for power supply system

3.1 Classification of electrical load in enterprises

3.1.1 The electrical load in an enterprise shall be classified according to the electrical load of each production device within the enterprise.

3.1.2 The production links between enterprises shall be considered for the classification of electrical load in joint petrochemical enterprises.

3.1.3 The electrical load in petrochemical enterprises is classified as follows:

a) Primary electrical load in enterprises refers to the electrical load of the important or main production devices and utilities that ensure their normal operation;

b) The electrical load in joint and large petrochemical enterprises shall be classified as primary electrical load in enterprises;

c) Secondary electrical load in enterprises refers to most of electrical load of main production devices and corresponding utilities in enterprises.

3.1.4 For the classification of electrical load in enterprises, the particularly important load in the primary electrical load of the production device may not be considered.

3.1.5 For determining the level of the electrical load in enterprises, the total electrical load shall be calculated, and the primary and secondary electrical loads of production devices shall be counted respectively.

3.1.6 See Annex A for the example of electrical load level of each production device in enterprises.

3.2 Requirements of each level of electrical load in enterprises for power supply system

3.2.1 The enterprise shall determine the power supply mode according to the regional power supply conditions, which shall comply with GB 50052. When the regional power supply conditions are sufficient, the power supply mode based on external power supply shall be adopted; when the regional power supply conditions are poor, the comprehensive power supply mode of external power supply and self-generation may be adopted; for joint enterprises, the power supply mode based on self-generation should be adopted.

3.2.2 The primary electrical load in enterprises shall be powered by dual power supplies, which shall meet one of the following conditions:

a) The dual power supplies come from the same-level voltage busbars of different substations respectively;

b) The dual power supplies come from same-level voltage busbars of the same substation, whose circuits may not be connected or are not closely connected during operation;

c) The dual power supplies come from same-level voltage busbars connected in a circuit in the same substation. When one power supply fails, the other shall work and maintain the voltage level for normal operation, so as to meet the requirements of restarting the motor group of the production device.
