本规范规定了仪表接地分类、接地方法、接地系统、接地连接方法、接地系统接线、接地电阻等内容。本规范规定了仪表及控制系统接地种类有:保护接地、工作接地、木质安全系统接地、防静电接地和防雷接地。本规范适用于石油化工企业新建及扩建项目的仪表及自动控制系统工程的仪表、分散型控制系统(DCS)、可编程序控制系统(PLC)、工业控制计算机系统(IPC)、安全仪表系统(SIS)、火灾及可燃气体和有毒气体检测系统(FGS)、过程控制计算机系统(PCCS)等的接地系统设计。改造设计可参照执行。执行本规范时,尚应符合国家现行有关强制性标准规范的要求。
