本标准规定了以金属管道为基体，以聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚烯烃、聚全氟乙丙烯、可溶性聚四氟乙烯或超高分子量聚乙烯等为衬里材料的非金属衬里管道的技术要求。
本标准适用于石油化工装置（单元）中公称压力不大于PN20、设计温度不超过衬里材料允许使用温度范围的非金属衬里管道的设计、制造、施工及验收。
