本规程适用于石油化工建设工程新建、改建和扩建项目的不锈钢复合钢设备和管道采用焊条电弧焊、钨极气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊和埋弧焊等方法的焊接施工。

Scope

This regulation specifies the requirements for stainless steel composite steel welding materials, welding procedure qualification, welder examination, welding procedures, welding inspection and post-weld heat treatment. This regulation is applicable to the welding construction of stainless steel composite steel equipment and pipelines in new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of petrochemical construction projects using electrode arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding and submerged arc welding.
