本标准适用于石油化工新建、改建、扩建工程中钢制设备、管道及钢结构外表面涂料防腐蚀工程施工质量的验收，不适用于长输管道的涂料防腐蚀工程施工质量的验收。

Scope

This specification stipulates the quality acceptance standards for anti-corrosion projects for external surface coatings of petrochemical steel equipment, pipelines and steel structures. This specification is applicable to the acceptance of the construction quality of anti-corrosion coatings on the outer surfaces of steel equipment, pipelines and steel structures in petrochemical industry new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects. It is not applicable to the acceptance of the construction quality of anti-corrosion coatings on long-distance pipelines.
