本导则规定了石油化工企业地下管网的管理，管线放线测量，管线竣工测量，管线现状探测，图件编绘以及地下管线信息管理系统建立的方法及技术要求。
本导则适用于石油化工企业在新建、扩建、改建和生产管理过程中各阶段各类地下公用系统管线的设计、施工、探测、图件编绘及其基础资料的收集、整理、使用等管理工作，以及地下管线信息管理系统的建立、更新、维护、标准化与数据共享等。工艺装置与设施内部的地下管网管理可参照执行。

Scope
