Analysis of the core content of the standard

This standard specifies the adaptive design specifications for military command and control equipment in natural and induced environmental conditions, focusing on solving the environmental hazard protection issues of equipment throughout its life cycle, including storage, transportation, and use.

Key technical requirements

5.2 Temperature protection design

A dual protection mechanism is required:

  • High temperature environment: configure automatic power-off protection device (critical value ≤85℃)
  • Low temperature environment: select cold-resistant materials (maintain elasticity at -40℃)

5.5 Electromagnetic compatibility design

A certain type of on-board command system adopts three layers of protection:

  1. RF shielding layer (attenuation ≥60dB)
  2. Filter circuit (cut-off frequency 10MHz)
  3. Equipotential grounding design
