Selection decision tree
- Determine the humidity level of the operating environment (it is recommended to give priority to environmental level 3)
- Choose conductive or dissipative type according to the requirements of electrostatic protection
- For long-term use, long-lasting products that have passed the 8-hour boiling water test must be selected
- High wear resistance requirements give priority to HPL anti-static veneer
Acceptance points
- Roll length deviation: +100mm (need to be measured with a steel tape measure under tension-free state)
- Block material straightness: ≤0.8mm/m (use a grade 0 square ruler with a feeler gauge for detection)
- Pre-treatment for 48 hours at 23±2℃, 50±5%RH before testing
