Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for R-type core power transformers. This standard applies to dry-type R-core power transformers for electronic equipment with an operating voltage not higher than 500 V, a power frequency below 1000 Hz, and a weight not exceeding 12 kg.
