Scope
This standard applies to the installation, operation and management of leakage protectors in rural low-voltage power grids under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Water Resources. Places with rated voltage higher than 380/220V should also comply with relevant national standards and industry standards. Towns under the jurisdiction of counties (cities) and the same low-voltage power grids mentioned above may refer to this standard.
