为提高堰塞湖应急处置的效率和效果，规范堰塞湖应急处置技术工作内容，制定本标准。主要技术内容有：基本资料；安全性评价；应急处置方案；监测与预测；工程措施；非工程措施；应急处置后续评估及后续处置。
本标准适用于山体滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等形成的风险等级Ⅰ、Ⅱ级堰塞湖的应急处置，Ⅲ、Ⅳ级参照执行。冰川堆积物所形成的堰塞湖处置应专门研究、论证。
Scope
This standard is applicable to the emergency response to risk level I and II barrier lakes caused by landslides, collapses, debris flows, etc. Level III and IV shall be implemented accordingly. The disposal of barrier lakes formed by glacial deposits should be specially studied and certified.
